Some important things to know about the lease are:

Most leases are written for 12 months.

We highly recommend that tenants obtain renters insurance!

Pets (dogs and cats) are not permitted.

Move in costs include:   

• First month's rent

• Security deposit, the equivalent of one month's rent, and
• Cleaning deposit, $100 for each person or bedroom.    (For example, if one person has a rent of $337.50, their individual deposit would total $437.50)                      
• Bank account information required.
• APS will only issue a maximum of one parking registration tag per bedroom.
