The Inventory Checklist is very important to enable you to report any dents, dings, or scratches that existed prior to your occupancy. This report will ensure that you are not charged for these items upon termination of your lease. It also informs us of items we may be able to fix immediately.

You will recieve a copy of this document when you first move in and are required to complete it within seven (7) days of the start of your lease. The document is also available below for download if your copy has been misplaced.
