APS Properties has made available an exact copy of the lease. You can click below to download it in PDF format.
Within the first seven (7) days of occupancy, you are required to complete the “Commencement Inventory Checklist”. This form enables you to report any dents, dings, or scratches that existed prior to your occupancy. The report will ensure that you are not charged for these items upon termination of your lease. It also informs us of items we may be able to fix immediately.
